WHAT IS A BAD YOGI?
Glad you asked.
A Bad Yogi loves their yoga but practices with a little irreverence and a smile. A Bad Yogi is passionate about movement, balance, longevity and vitality. A Bad Yogi likes a good bottle of red and the occasional steak. A Bad Yogi knows how to keep it real.
WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE?
Bad Yogi Retreats take you out of the everyday rush of chores, appointments and mobile phones, and gives you space to re-energise physically and mentally. Get ready to deepen your yoga practice, get your meditation on (trust us, it’s the key) and experience pristine places that are completely unique, all done at your own pace and in a way that is more pragmatic than dogmatic.
WHY LORD HOWE ISLAND?
Described by National Geographic in 1935 as the most beautiful island in the Pacific, the praise is still accurate - even 80 years on. Lord Howe Island is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in recognition of the global significance of it’s beauty and biodiversity. The island’s isolation and varied landscape of mountains, beaches, coral reef, marine life and distinctive flora and fauna make it truly magnificent.
