BAD YOGI RETREATS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

Travel Insurance

To join the retreat you must have travel insurance.

Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant sport and activities you will be engaging upon on your retreat & trip cancellation. It is highly recommended travel insurance be purchased at the time a deposit is paid to cover cancellation fees and unforeseen circumstances.  Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed.  It should be borne in mind that our destinations are islands and can be subject to aircraft diversions in extreme weather conditions or other circumstances, which can cause major disruption to schedules.

Payments, Cancellations & Amendment fees

A non-refundable deposit of $750 per person is required within 7 days of confirmation unless previous arrangements have been made.

Balance in full due 60 days prior to departure.

Cancellation policy

Due to the exclusive nature of the retreat (visitor numbers to the island are restricted) and the inclusion of flight bookings, a strict cancellation policy applies as we are subject to the cancellation policies of Qantas, and our accomodation and service providers. We will gladly transfer your credit or booking to another guest (please see applicable costs in name changes). However we strongly recommend travel insurance for unforseen personal circumstances.  Please note: a credit for another Bad Yogi Retreat needs to be used within two years of your original retreat date.

  • Cancellations made 75+ days from departure forfeit 50% of the deposit and the balance will be refunded
  • Cancellations made 75 - 60 days from departure forfeit the full deposit.
  • Cancellations made 60 - 30 days prior to the retreat forfeit 75% of the full payment, with the 25% balance applicable as a credit to another retreat.
  • Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the retreat forfeit the entire payment.

Name Changes

Name changes are permitted up to 7 days prior to departure.  Spelling error in your name will incur a fee of $80 per name change – please book in the name as displayed in your passport. 

If you need to issue the retreat in a completely different we can assist in making this happen, however the fees attached to this will be determined by the proximity to the retreat start date. Please get in touch and we can assist in obtaining a quote for you.

Please note, name changes are not permitted within 7 days of departure.

Tour Activities and Meals

 Any tours that are confirmed are subject to weather therefore please use the itinerary as a guide as they may change.  Evening Meals that have been booked may also change due to restaurants changing their opening nights.  Any special meal requests must be advised upon final payment being received.

Balance Payment

Payment can be made either via Credit Card or direct deposit.

Depart Lord Howe Island on QF2261 at 2.45pm arrive Sydney at 5.00p
